Frequently Asked Questions

All charters include a professional captain, fuel, safety equipment, and basic refreshments. Full-day and multi-day charters also include gourmet meals and additional amenities as specified in each package.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule your charter at no additional cost or provide a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Absolutely. All vessels are equipped with Transport Canada approved life jackets in all sizes, emergency equipment, first aid kits, and safety briefings are provided before departure.
